Return Eligibility

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is defective or damaged.
• To initiate a return, email us at support@grihva.com with your order details and clear images of the defect/damage.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags, manuals, and accessories.
• Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

1. Once your return request is approved, ship the product back within 10 business days.
2. Ensure secure packaging and use a reliable courier service to prevent damage during transit.
3. Returns will only be processed upon receipt and verification of the product’s condition.

Refund & Replacement

• If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will issue a replacement or store credit for the full purchase amount within 2 business days.
• If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or request a refund.
• Shipping charges, taxes, and duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• A handling fee of 10% may apply to certain returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products with minor variations in color, texture, or grain, as these are natural in handcrafted or wood-based items.
• Items that have been used, installed, or modified.

Fraudulent Claims & Abuse

• Grihva reserves the right to block, suspend, or cancel a customer’s account in case of fraudulent return requests or misleading claims.
• Any misuse of the return policy may lead to legal action.
